What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and AMEX), Paypal, G-Pay, S-Pay and some other methods. All options will be presented at the checkout

Do I get charged for using different payment methods?

NO. We will only charge the payment provider with exact amount of the cart. There is no addition or hidden charges.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Good News, we are doing free shipping in all countries. Please note, due to COVID-19 restrictions and high demand, we are expecting delays in international shipping to some countries. We appreciate your patience.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Our Global Shipping is completely FREE. We use multiple options like UPS, Fedex and other postal options to get the parcel as quickly as possible to our customers

I entered wrong shipping address, what do I do?

No need to worry about it. Our team is here to help. As long as you send us the updated address before the order is shipped we can update it for you.
Send us the email at support@theautobeep.com with new address, order number. Please note for security purpose and to safeguard your orders, the email should be sent from exact email used when placing the order. We may ask additional questions for verification purpose. Unfortunately, once the shipping is done, we wont be able to change the shipping address.

Returns

Can I return the items?

Yes, as per our return policy, you have 30 days grace period to initiate the return process. Due to Covid 19 and other hygiene issues, some items are not accepted as return if they are open and tried on. Please review our return policy for details.

How do I return an item?

Simply reach out to us with the order number and reason for the return at support@theautobeep.com and we will be happy to process the return for you. Please provide pictures (where you can) to justify the returns.

Do I have to pay anything to return my items?

No, as long as you initiate the return with in the 30 days of receiving the order, with proper reason of returns (damaged, product quality issues etc), we will take care of shipping and handling charges for our customers.
For wrong size and where applicable we will be happy to replace to product free of cost for you and take the initial item back.
If the item is not damaged or with in the return policy standards, you may have to pay for return shipping. Remember we are providing free shipping on all orders.
